Now the loft room had been fitted out – I realised I had not spent enough time on the design side of things..
Now to start on the Baseboards..
.. I have build about half of what is required – so I can fine tune the design etc.
I also need to decide on the final baseboard height.. They need to be quite low to get the best use of the space – currently they are 83cm high – and need a 15/20 cm gap to the sloping walls..
